Discover the unique world of high-altitude wines in the Quebrada de Humahuaca (UNESCO World Heritage Site). This full-day tour takes you to three exceptional wineries nestled in the stunning landscapes of the Quebrada, where you’ll taste exquisite wines crafted from grapes grown at extreme altitudes, resulting in intense and unforgettable flavors.

Our wine adventure begins at Bodega Amanecer Andino, near the picturesque village of Purmamarca. After touring the vineyards surrounded by majestic mountains and learning about their high-altitude winemaking process, we’ll enjoy a tasting of three wine varieties paired with a selection of regional cheeses and cured meats.

Next, we move to Maimará, where Don Jesús Vilte welcomes us to his family winery. We’ll have the privilege of tasting two of his finest wines, crafted with artisanal techniques and passion for the land.

To conclude this memorable day, we’ll indulge in a four-course lunch at the impressive Inkillay restaurant, part of the magical Yacoraite Winery, paired with three carefully selected wines. This exquisite menu is created by renowned chef Florencia Rodriguez, who expertly blends traditional regional flavors with high-quality high-altitude wines.
